La Joya Biu Biu Resort Jimbaran , Jimbaran (Bali)

My experience at the resort was quite mixed. The location was absolutely stunning with breathtaking ocean views, which made for a perfect backdrop to our getaway. The massage I received was one of the highlights of my stay; it transported me to a different world. However, I did face some challenges with the service, especially upon arrival when the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very communicative. Overall, the resort offers a great atmosphere but could improve on handling guest information better.

The resort offers stunning ocean views and a serene atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation. The rooms are unique and spacious, and the food was delicious with ample variety. However, the noise from roosters and overcrowded amenities detracted from the overall experience. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally kind, and the spa had breathtaking views.

This resort is an absolute gem! The views are breathtaking, and it really feels like a slice of paradise. I loved the private beach and the pool area, which were gorgeous and inviting. On the downside, I found it frustrating to have to pay extra to use the jacuzzi, especially considering the price I'm already paying for my stay. Also, there was a mishap with towels on my last day which made it a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, I would go back in a heartbeat!

Overall, I had a wonderful stay with stunning views and delicious food, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The ambiance is truly exceptional, and the spa services are a highlight. However, the room we stayed in was quite basic, and the bathroom could definitely use some upgrades, especially the shower, which was underwhelming. Despite this, the attentive room service was a lovely touch.
