My experience at the resort was quite mixed. The location was absolutely stunning with breathtaking ocean views, which made for a perfect backdrop to our getaway. The massage I received was one of the highlights of my stay; it transported me to a different world. However, I did face some challenges with the service, especially upon arrival when the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very communicative. Overall, the resort offers a great atmosphere but could improve on handling guest information better.
